1 whole roasted chicken skin removed, cut into bite size strips
1 C. pecan pieces toasted
1 bunch green onions thinly sliced
2 stalks celery thinly chopped
2 Fuji apples bite size pieces
1/4 cup dried cherries
1 T. fresh oregano chopped
1/2 C. mayonnaise
2 T. sour cream
1/4 C. cider vinegar
In med bowl whisk mayonnaise, sour cream & vinegar for dressing. Toss, cover and chill until ready to serve.
